CMD 'arp -a' + 'IPConfig' & Netgear genie Attached Devices from my existing Netgear D1500 main router (other jpgs available if required)? I have also been corresponding with anothe technical forum who suggested the above checks, and as a result they think I may have 'bricked-up' my PIX-LINK device, since the IPConfig stated 'Media disconnected' & no IP Address was given from the 'arp' test (see attached jpgs)? To date, I have received no reply from PIX-LINK, China's David (website contact) but my UK supplier has written chasing them, and PIX-LINK has no Community Forum yet! I am not a wireless Geek & so am on a very steep learning curve, please note! It appears to have 'lost' its previous IP Address (& MAC Address?) after doing several suggested checks e.g.

About a week ago I successfully setup a PIX-LINK, model: LV-WR09, 'Specification' to extend my home WiFi to my TV Humax PVR & it was working fine until I attempted to do firmware upgrade with their 'support' recommended update file: when I lost connectivity to the device & have been trying to get it to return to 'factory reset' mode unsuccessfully via the (manual 'paper-clip' method in the side of it!).
